Hmmm, you might be wondering what Lactated Ringers is [my sister insisted on this verb usage, as I originally had "are"]. Well, so am I. All I know is it is what they had hooked up to my IV. The name inspires me for some reason. Saline, sure, everyone knows about that, but Lactated Ringers?? Wikipedia, here I come...

Here we are on the way to our hotel. Can you guess who we are?

Mack on safari (and lovin' it). We got to see a lion, hippos, giraffes, gazelles, elands, elephants, vultures, flamingos, alligators, and lots more at the Animal Kingdom.

We can't wait to get dizzy (or is that Disney?)!

Here is our group -- just 12 adults and 9 kids! We are at a pub in Epcot's England area waiting for food and fireworks.

We got to see so many characters, but I'm not sure Donald is Emily's favorite.

What to do today?

Today we are going to Epcot.

Aaah, Walt Disney World

I finally ponied up the dough for the in-room internet access -- mostly because this is the first day that we'll spend any appreciable amount of time in the room. Woody and Mack are in the pool and after Emily needed a change, she and I moved to our room. Oh, did I mention that she's now in the tub? Good thing the kids like water, because we've spent our days being wet, wet, wet. I guess they want to make sure we get enough use out of our Mickey Mouse ponchos. Tonight the adults are going to the Cirque du Soleil show and dinner and Leyla (bless her ever-loving heart) is watching the kids. Should be fun. Earlier today we got massages and the older girls went to a wonderland tea with Alice.
